We train in the dark!
Clocks might be going back but we still train. In the dark. And in the rain and the wind and the hail. Winter sessions do test your mettle but they're also a heap of fun. Once you're wet you're wet, right?
We'd love you to come train with us. It's completely FREE. We train Tuesday and Thursday 6pm-7pm (possibly soon to be 5.45pm over winter months) and Saturday 9am.
Summer bodies are made in winter!

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
