Ahhh I’ve really been enjoying these, they are such a great reminder for me to do my own self care as well.
In this week’s ✨Self Care Sunday✨ video I talk about incorporating stretches/yoga into your self care toolbox and go through 2 of my favourite ways to do this:
- “bedtime yoga” as a sleep aid and
- stretching for workplace (office) postural issues.

Everyone’s bodies and self care needs are going to be different, so make sure to tailor this to suit your individual needs!
