Even at a 3.5% increase (the average household increase of a $1 a week) community facilities, Auckland Council services and even transport will be affected.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
