Airbnb rooms available for a period of time between 1 week and 6 month

Susanne from Little Mermaid Cleaning Services & Home Stagings

Hi there!
I have two furnished rooms for rent in my house with a feel of living in a mini-resort.
They are both available from anytime soon when we are out of our bobbles.
The house is situated right between two beaches - a 2 minute walk to Rothesay Bay beach and a 5 minute walk to Browns Bay beach and town with heaps of shops, cafes, restaurants etc.

One room is down the end of the house sharing a lounge, bathroom and toilet with another guy living in this end of the house as well.

The cost per week is $290 for one person +$60 for power, water and internet. An extra person per week is $80.

The other room is a private large furnished en-suite with a queen bed and single bed and a small lounge. It has a private bathroom, toilet, Netflix, fridge and two private balconies. It is available for a few months if needed.

The en-suite is $390 per week for one person +$60 for power, water and internet. Extra person per week is $100.

The house is large and has another living, lounge, dining and kitchen areas to share plus many decks and a great outside area with swimming pool, BBQ and table tennis.

The house is set up as a holiday house, which is why I'm a bit careful with long term renting. However, we can discuss further if you have more long term in mind.

At the moment I have another two nice mature guys staying in the house as well.

The house is big, so there is still heaps of space for privacy.

If you wish to see one of the rooms, please call or text me to organise a time to visit.

Looking forward to hearing from you 🙂

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
