A FREE course for people with type 2 diabetes led by a dietitian, nurse and podiatrist in Korean.
Learn:
• Healthy eating: label reading, good and bad fats, making the right food choices
• The effects of diabetes on your body
• Healthy lifestyle tips: sickness, getting active
• Goal setting: action planning, support
