Short term en-suite for rent

Susanne from Little Mermaid Cleaning Services & Home Stagings

Furnished en-suite with a queen bed and single bed. Private bathroom, toilet, Netflix, fridge and two balconies with a feel leaving in a mini-resort is available from 8 September and a couple of months ahead.

Very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk to Rothersay Bay beach and 5 minutes walks to Browns Bay beach and village with heaps of shops, cafes, restaurants ect.

House is large and got 3 living, lounge, dinning and kitchen area to share plus many decks and great outside area with swimming pool and bbq and table tennis.

Got another two smaller rooms available for less rent and sharing bathroom and toilet with another exiting mature guy. More info if interested.

The en-suite is per week $390 for one person +$60 for power, water and internet. Extra person per week $100.

The house is set up as a holiday house, why I'm a bit careful with long term renting. However, we can discuss further if you have more long term in mind.

If you wish to see one of the rooms, please call or text me to organize a time to visit.

Looking forward to hear from you :)

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.

This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.

We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?
