Description: A medium-size room is available with ENSUITE(Private) bathroom (Toilet + Shower) in a brand-new house! Located 3 minutes driving (approximately 15 minutes’ walk) to Massey University and Westfield Mall. Bus stops right in front of the neighbourhood.
Location: Albany, North Shore City, Auckland

Furnishings: Bed, built-in closet, study table and chair

Fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, built-in vacuum system, laundry, TV

And of course, Unlimited Wi-Fi!

Rent Happy to provide to two friends to share for $160 pw per person.

If you want the room privately, or a couple, rent would be $300 pw.

Additional costs: Utilities include unlimited internet, reasonable use of power, water, and gas, and will be divided between tenants on a monthly basis (approx. $15 pw per person).

Current flatmates: 4 existing flatmates. students. Tidy.

Friendly as a family, We love cooking, barbeques, and socializing!

But are also VERY hard-workers.

Ideal flatmate: quiet, and TIDY.

No pets. No smoking.
