Have a go at Shorinji Kempo on Saturday the 25th of May!
A Japanese Martial Art, which basic concepts are that spirit and body are not separable, and that the body and mind are one.
Through learning techniques, Shorinji Kempo helps to establish oneself, and to promote mutual comfort.
Come along to Harbour Sport (Stadium Drive, Albany) for a fun and exciting day! The free session with an experienced coach will be from 10am-1pm, with snacks and refreshments provided.
