• Select your favourite Parnell décor item within that theme
• Enter the competition by filling out the entry form.

NZ Post Call Centre -hopeless

Just hung up after being on hold for 16 minutes . Why do they think people have so much time to wait for someone to answer ? I called just after they opened at 8am. How can you have" higher than normal call volumes" 5 minutes after you open. I guess one way to not have to employ more staff is just not answer and people will hang up eventually.Grrrrrr
