Brass, Wind & Percussion players (8yrs-12yrs) wanted!
I'm looking for keen youngsters to join the North Shore Winds Junior band, for our 2020 season. This group is a really lovely, encouraging bunch of kids who are wanting to play music to a high standard. Grade 2-5 level as a guide. We rehearse on Thursdays in Takapuna at 4.30pm-5.30pm.
Looking for players of the following instruments:
Flute/piccolo
Oboe
Clarinet
Alto Sax
Tenor Sax
Baritone Sax
Bassoon
Trumpet
French horn
Trombone
Euphonium
Tuba
Percussion (or drummers/pianists who are keen to learn!)

Our amazing Hillary Hikers from Edmund Hillary Village showed their support for Bowel Cancer New Zealand's Move Your Butt campaign this month!
Sporting the bright purple and orange campaign shirts, these wonderful walkers hit the Auckland waterfront and marched from Mission Bay to Kohimarama, raising awareness for bowel cancer and the importance of early detection along the way.
