Dog walkers
As a responsible carer, Please can people ensure that they always walk their dog on a leash unless in an off-leash area.
Its the law!
I've seen 2 dogs struck by cars nearby because they were off-leash
I was sworn at today by someone (who should have better language) after gently reminding them of this!
Sadly, I see too many dog owners not being responsible
