Room in Parnell available for rent $300/week
3 bedroom house all with en suites and an extra bathroom off the lounge.
Unfortunately our flatmate is moving back to Christchurch so we are looking for someone to fill her room. The room is available on 30th June.
The room is located on the bottom floor. Is comfortably fits a queen sized bed with side tables and drawers. It has a large wardrobe also.
Shared space includes kitchen, dining and lounge area all fully furnished with L shaped sofa and a wall mounted TV.
Outdoor space is a deck with seating and a bbq with a sad looking herb garden.
We are all working professionals in our early 30s. We are laid back, relatively active but enjoy a wine or beer or gin or vodka or whiskey after work and over the weekend.
We are all independent but will have a shared meal or go out for a drink or dinner on the odd occasion.
We are looking for someone who's relaxed and easy going and looking to share this amazing home.
