Weighbridge and Customer Service Assistant
Starting ASAP, Full Time 40hrs
We have an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team of waste minimisers at the Devonport Community Recycling Centre.
We are a charitable trust on a mission to create local job opportunities through the diversion of waste from landfill.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers using our waste disposal resource recovery services. You will be a self-starter with great communication skills and an excellent customer service approach.
Duties will include:
- Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
- Keeping the sales and weighbridge area clean and tidy
- Administrative duties related to waste and landscape supply sales
- Managing our social media pages and responding to customer messages
- Coming up with fantastic ideas to help improve our service
We pay the Living Wage as a minimum ($22.10) plus a waste diversion monthly incentive bonus
