Motorcycles and scooters destroyed in Auckland garage fire
At least 20 motorcycles and scooters have been destroyed in a fire that broke out in an Auckland garage.
Fire and Emergency New Zealand shift manager Craig Dally said several crews were at the scene of the blaze on Hurstmere Rd, Takapuna.
Dally said crews had received the call at 11.51am on Friday and the fire had broken out in a garage attached to the two-storey home. He said an ambulance had been requested to treat a status 2 patient who had suffered from smoke inhalation. Read more here.
