Bed - metal frame, like new, no scratches or dents. Comes with a mattress - this is a very good quality mattress (we think inner springs, each in a pocket - but unsure), one side is a winter (wool) side and other side is a summer (horsehair) side. The mattress has some stains but with a mattress cover this will work perfectly.
