We will do a series of exercises/techniques that embody these principles.
We will experience a fundamental grounding technique that will allow us to be present to "What Is".
A practice a Trauma technique will be offered, new ones and a chance to refine what was learned in our first gathering (see further description).
And we will experience how to integrate these shifts through our Etheric and Ketheric templates (our blueprint for this lifetime and soul's overview) and a neurological integration technique - Simply Divine!
