What you need to know:
- The two left northbound lanes (lane 1 & 2 of 4) are blocked on the Harbour Bridge.
- Traffic is backed up to Newmarket heading north on both the Northern and Southern motorways.
- Auckland Transport have advised that bus routes 82, 866, 923, 931, 933, 939, 95B, 95C, 966 97B, 97R, NX1, NX2 have been delayed.
- NZTA is asking commuters to merge with care and expect delays.
- Google Maps is showing a delay of 39 minutes.

Bright-line Test:
✅ Now 2yrs (previously up to 10yrs).
Deposit Requirements:
✅ 30% deposit for investment properties (previously 35%).
✅ 20% lending available for low deposit properties (previously 15%).
Debt-to-Income (DTI) Ratios:
➖ DTI ratio restricted to 6 x for owner-occupier lending (20% exception).
➖ DTI ratio restricted to 7 x for investor lending (20% exception).
Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act (CCCFA) Reforms:
✅ Commerce Minister Andrew Bayly and Housing Minister Chris Bishop said the government is revoking 11 pages of what it calls "overly prescriptive affordability regulations."
