Most Aucklanders are good recyclers, but it's easy to get confused about how to 'recycle right'.
Just because something has a recycling symbol on it, doesn’t always mean it can be recycled.
To help you get it right every time, we've highlighted 10 items that should always make it into your Auckland Council kerbside recycling bin.

Hi folks.
Knarly old guy ( me) have 5 mths to get joints moving before I embark on trip of a lifetime. Am looking for someone who could/ would lay me out some stretching exercises knees in particular so that I can really enjoy my trip.
Please don’t suggest physio too darn expensive I am not totally knackered I walk my dogs and still work just want to be able to move easier.
