Here is what we’d like to see from you:

• Have a clean full Driver’s license and own reliable transport.

• Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs.

• Great communication skills.

• Use your initiative to solve problems as they arise.

• Honest, reliable and trustworthy essential.

• Able to follow instructions carefully.

• Attention to detail is very important.

• Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch. Have a desire to complete jobs to a high standard.

• Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.

• Sense of humour as we have fun whilst working hard. You will need to supply your own safety boots, gumboots and earmuffs. We will supply safety glasses and masks or any other safety gear as is necessary.

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2

NZ Transport Agency (NZTA)

From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).

During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.

There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
