We are offering a bright double , fully furnished bedroom with direct access to a lovely deck, yard, spa pool, and above ground pool on the lower level of our house (it is ground level walk out to deck and garden, not below ground as many are ). The room is bright, clean with doors outside with access to a cosy second living area , a full bathroom with tub and laundry facilities. The downstairs bathroom is shared with another female who is only here half of the time . Upstairs is the main living area, large well equipped kitchen and additional bedrooms ( over 2 top levels). Our home is in a great location, a house away from a reserve, offers a lovely garden where we grow fresh vegetables , hot tub, pool and an unbeatable location. We are looking for a responsible, tidy female roomate to share our family home. We do have a lovely small dog who we rescued in March, she is older, non allergenic , very smart and social.
