What's On: three part free meditation course Green Bay
This series of introductory classes covering the ABCs of meditation – breathing and concentration techniques to remove stress and calm the mind; the use of creative visualisations and mantric chants; meditation in the spiritual heart centre; how to set up your own personal meditation program.
Once a week for three weeks from 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Jul series: Thurs 11, 18, 21 July
Venue: Green Bay Community House, 1 Barron Drive

NOTE: This is a structured course. To gain the maximum benefit it is recommended that you attend all the classes in the series. Kindly refrain from joining once the course has commenced.
