Flatmate wanted

Jo from Sandringham

Flatmate

Rent $275 per week including all expenses.

We are looking for one flatmate for our spacious character villa in Sandringham / Mt Eden.

The double-sized room, with afternoon sun, and the layout of our home allows for privacy, but also room to socialise with others.

We are a 2 minute walk to the Sandringham village, a quick stroll to Dominion Rd and an 11 minute bus ride to the CBD.

The person we are looking for must be dog and kid friendly as our home comprises of one 5-year-old (who is away most weekends) the dog, and two female flatmates.

We would love to welcome someone friendly, reliable, stable, and employed.

We are all easy going, friendly, clean and tidy, work a mix of hours, and are pretty quiet throughout the week, but sociable on the weekends.

The property has an alarm system, is safe and secure and located on a friendly street.

We are also are open to the possibility of a part time flatmate, who requires a place to stay throughout the week for work. Read less

Poll: Should you ask before planting tall shrubs/trees near your property line?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

It may be fine now but in a few years trees can block out light or views for neighbours.

Do you think neighbours should ask before they go ahead and plant these?
