Wanted Female Homestay Student or Female Boarder employed full time
We are a small family with one grown up daughter an independent disabled wife and husband living in a three bedroom house right on the water on Rosebank Peninsular with our own private Jetty in a quiet good residential area. House and enclosed deck is fully furnished tidy and warm with heat pumps and instant heaters.
The Room is fully furnished and has a shower and two toilets. Board is 300.00 $ per week, all inclusive that is meals and bills including, Super Wi Fi, electric blanket and room heater. Some home chores like cleaning the bathroom, kitchen, washing and drying your clothes, cooking and shopping to be shared with the owner.
Assistance will be provided to learn read and communicate in English as we are an English speaking family. You are welcome to accompany the host for sightseeing and Outings which can be provided regularly.
The house is located near public transport, handy to shops, supermarket, mall and Avondale Sunday Market.
