Selling my Mazda Axela as we don’t need a second personal vehicle anymore. Would make a great first car or just a run-around-car!

Wonderful, reliable, zippy little car that is convenient to park and pretty fuel efficient as well!

Has usual wear and tear given its age but not very noticeable and doesn’t affect its drive. The car is tiptronic if that’s what you fancy, but it’s automatic transmission is what I have used. I also had an AUX cord installed along with a car alarm/immobiliser.

It’s a Japanese import and I bought it in 2016 and was the first NZ owner. Have had it regularly serviced over the years by AA and Reber Auto Electrical. In its most recent service it had a transmission service as well as it’s air filter replaced.

WOF is until September 2020 and registration is until 17 April 2020. I’m happy to pay for and sort out the change in registration.

Let me know if you’d like to come and check the car out or have any questions 😊

Price: $4,900

Hi neighbours, a bus driver shortage on Waiheke Island has forced some services to be cancelled.
The Waiheke Bus Company (WBC) told Auckland Transport, despite "big efforts" and a local recruitment campaign, there was still a lack of drivers which was affecting its ability to provide the full schedule of services on Waiheke. AT's Bus Services Manager Darek Koper said some services between Matiatia and Onetangi would have to be cancelled.

Sandringham Rd between St Lukes and Balmoral roads and Tranmere Rd remain closed after a vehicle hit a power pole around 4:30am.

Power lines are down across the road and there is a diversion at Shorewell St. People are urged to take extra caution around any electrical equipment that has been damaged. Network equipment should always be treated as live and if you see them damaged or down following incidents like this, keep away and call 0508 VECTOR.

The affected area is without power, with all affected customers expected to have it restored by midday or as soon as a new pole is put up. Edendale Primary School is also closed for the day due to having no power.
