Obviously keep washing hands and drying thoroughly but this is not possible to do when out and about. Never cough or sneeze into tissue or hands.

I personally am in self isolation as I have a compromised immune system and must take extra care to be safe, and stay well. In addition, we have a good dose of the flu right now. (Tested - not Covid-19).
I have lovely neighbours around me who have helped whenever they can, and I am ever so grateful for this.
