When police arrived, surrounding properties had been evacuated as a precaution and the body of a man was found inside the burning home.

We have talked to one of the neighbours and he may have hopped into a vehicle and jumped out at Gallony Ave, Massey, and ran to the park there. Willis is very friendly, he loves food, he is blind in his right eye so it looks a bit funny and he wears a sparkly black collar with a bell.
