Join me for a free fun 1 hour class Saturday 16 March 2-3pm.

Learn about doTERRA essential oils and how they can naturally support your physical, emotional, spiritual and environmental well being.

It's a sad fact that we now live in a toxin filled environment.

We can't control the toxins and chemicals we are exposed to when we are out and about, but we can control what we are exposed to inside our house.

From the products we use to clean our house to the beauty products we put on our skin. Many of these can have nasty chemicals hiding in them that over time, can build up in your body and have negative side effects on your health.

I want to show you how to use essential oils to replace all these with natural alternatives!

In this class you get to smell the oils, learn about the oils and learn how to use them safely and effectively and have the opportunity to purchase oils to start on your own journey into a more natural toxin-free life.

And then sample some yummy essential oil infused treats!

And then stay on for a Natural Cleaning Products Make and Take class from 3-4pm.
Cost for this is $30 and you will make a General Purpose cleaning spray, Soft scrub cleaner (think non-tox Jif), and Air freshener spray all using the essential oils and natural non-toxic ingredients.

PM, text or phone me on 021 474379 to reserve your seat.

I look forward to seeing you there!

Many of us take the ability to enjoy the glorious technicolour that our environment has to offer for granted. However, approximately one in 12 men and one in 200 women find struggle with their colour vision and instead have a very different view of what is going on around them.
Colour vision is the ability to distinguish specific shades of color. Those patients who lack this ability are often referred to as having colour vision deficiency or as being ‘colour blind’. Despite this name, the inability to see any color at all (a condition known as achromatopsia) is very rare. Instead, someone who has color vision deficiency will find it difficult or impossible to differentiate between certain colors.

Here at NVISION Eyecare®, our expert team have the knowledge and understanding of colour vision deficiency to both diagnose and help you to manage your condition so that you can still enjoy life to the fullest.

Book a colour vision test with us today by calling us on 09 475 5548 or book online at www.nvision.nz....

Stray cats - desexed and released

I have been saving stray cats from our area for about five years now. I have only just figured out that the Vet takes the tip off one ear when a cat is feral and is to be released back to area it came from after being desexed. As I have only ever had to release one cat (recently) - never knew this. I thought it had it's ear chewed off in a fight!! Duh! Therefore, if you see a cat with one ear snipped - like this ... it has been desexed and is not owned by anyone in particular. So be kind and put food/water out if you see one in your area!
