1. Brush Your Teeth
You have been told to brush your teeth, twice a day every day since you were a kid and for a good reason. Brush your teeth for 3 minutes after every meal to ensure excellent oral health.
2. Floss Everyday
It is impossible to reach the tight spaces between your teeth and under the gumline with a toothbrush. That's why Albany orthodontists, Dr Lutz and Claudia Bachmann, place an emphasis on the importance of flossing every day. They also advise that the best time to floss your teeth is before bedtime.
3. Avoid Sugary Drinks and Lollies
Sugar processed by oral bacteria produce acids which lead to tooth decay. Our orthodontic specialists at Bachmann Orthodontics suggest avoiding sugary drinks, candies and lollies to make sure you don't cause painful cavities and tooth decay.
4. Avoid Bad Oral Health Habits
To ensure that your smile remains beautiful you must avoid all bad oral health habits such as smoking, tongue piercing and excessive consumption of alcohol.
5. See Your Dentist Regularly
Take time out to see your dentist at least twice a year to maintain your oral health.

Very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk to Rothersay Bay beach and 5 minutes walks to Browns Bay beach and village with heaps of shops, cafes, restaurants ect.
The room is down the end of the house sharing a lounge, bathroom and toilet with another mature guy living in this end of the house as well. He are hardly never home, very sweet and helpful guy.
House is large and got another living, lounge, dinning and kitchen area to share plus many decks and great outside area with swimming pool and bbq and table tennis.
Per week $290 for one person +$60 for power, water and internet. Extra person per week $80.
The house is set up as a holiday house, why I'm a bit careful with long term renting. However, we can discuss further if you have more long term in mind.
At the moment I have another two nice mature people staying in the house as well, so two guys and one lady.
House is big, so still heaps of space for privacy.
If you wish to see one of the rooms, please call or text me to organize a time to visit.
Looking forward to hear from you :)

Shopped at Sunnynook Countdown over the weekend & discovered what I've weighted on the scale doesn't match what was charged on the checkout operator's receipt so I've raised my concern with the supervisor & the manager.
I pointed that out they should stop that checkout station until they fixed the scale issue but they carried on transacting, so please make sure you check your receipt especially if you're buying produce etc.

We like to help with donations to charitable institutions - donating towards a good cause, where we can afford it.
In 2016 a marketing person came to us and signed us up for a two-year period for a worthwhile cause. This person explained that our donations at $25.00 per month would have to go over a period of two years only. Then stop, as we thought. Now, in 2019, these donations were still running, without the charitable institute asking for our authority or without just notifying us that the donations would be ongoing.
The same thing happened to us with another two-year scheme, for another charitable organisation. Starting beginning 2017 and still carrying on this year, six months over and above the two-year period!
We now have stopped both.
The point I wish to make?
When someone knocks on your door or stops you at a supermarket asking you to sign up for "two years only" (usually $0.50 or $1.00 a day...your choice how much you want to donate) - then TAKE CARE what you sign up for. Some charitable institutions seem to operate on what could be called the "Readers Digest" system: "If you don't say anything, we will continue your subscription". The difference here being that Readers Digest is up front with their system.
So - it's not about dobbing in some charitable institutions. You will have noted that I don't name them, since they are organisations that provide exemplary and sorely needed community services. I probably would not have minded with continued donations, but as a pensioner I now have to watch my budget.
Just make sure what you sign up for - and get a copy of the contract or agreement - and diarise the end date well in advance.
Cheers,
Michael
