RE: HELP....Gate and fence Installation

Glen from Blockhouse Bay

Hi fellow neighbors and happy new year to you all.

I'm reaching out to you as I need a fence and gate installer to help me out and complete installation of my sliding gate and fences on my property. The company I hired a year ago has now said they can longer complete the installation due to covid....which is all lies.

They left my site with a half finished sliding gate 6 months ago. and a few fence panels under the house...they have not returned since.

This gate company has just said to me he will deliver the rest of the fences and gates if I find my own installer, otherwise its off to court which I will do as a last resort.

I'm asking if anyone knows of an installer or experienced handyman that can help me out.

Kind Regards
Glen

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.

So we want to hear what you think:
Should the government ask these industries to contribute?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Press investigates the growing reliance on your unpaid labour.

Automation (or the “unpaid shift”) is often described as efficient ... but it tends to benefit employers more than consumers.

We want to know: What do you think about automation?
Are you for, or against?
