It's the time of the year that the vicks comes out. If your anything like me, you love using it but hate the fact it's full of nasties, petrolum jelly and even turpentine. Which I would prefer not to put on my body.
So I've decided to make my own, it's all natural and contains
Grapeseed oil
Sweet almond
Menthol crystals
Kawakawa
Beeswax
Lavender
Rosemary
Tea tree
Camphor
Eucalyptus
It works amazingly well when rubbed on your chest, under the nose or bottom of of feet.
All products handcrafted in small batches.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.
This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
