Do you want to get some exercise but you're not interested in a gruelling instructed fitness classes? Do you love a mix of electronic dance music and popular hits from the 70s 80s 90s 00s and now?
Then come along to 'Dance Yourself Happy'. You'll move your body, build up a sweat, de-stress and release endorphins.
FREE ENTRY and there's no age limit.
Bring the family – or have an hour all to yourself! There's no DJ, no instructor or choreography – just freeform leg-shaking, side-stepping, body-popping, disco, running man, robot, old-school, or whatever your style may be.

Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
