The Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA), is New Zealand's workplace and safety law.
It came into effect on 4 April 2016.
HSWA repeals the Health and Safety in Employment Act 1992. It sets out the principles, duties and rights in relation to workplace health and safety.
This seminar will cover your duties under the Act as an employer.
