AMETI Eastern Busway – the build is coming

The AMETI Eastern Busway Project build starts early next year. Once complete, it will operate in a similar way to the Northern Busway and will be supported by improved cycling and walking connections, improvements for general traffic and enhanced landscaping and street upgrades for the surrounding area.

Like all major projects, there's going to be some disruption along some major roads in East Auckland - particularly during peak traffic times. By working together, we can help minimise congestion and make the most out of our commutes.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
