MANUKAU EAST PATIENT TRANSPORT SERVICE
Twice daily, Monday to Friday, the Manukau East Patient Transport Service provides a non-emergency, door-to-door shuttle service for out-patients attending appointments at Botany SuperClinic, Manukau SuperClinic and Middlemore Hospital.
Return Trip Fare:
- $15 with Community Services Card
- $20 with Super Gold Card
- $25 for all other adult patients
- $15 one accompanying adult
- FREE for up to 2 children under 14 years with an accompanying adult patient
