DOG OWNERS PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OTHERS. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW DOGS TO CHASE WILDLIFE PARTICULARLY DEFENSELESS DUCKLINGS.
Many of us enjoy walking the dog but and while most of us are great at being responsible pet owners there are a few people that may need reminding to please be mindful of others while out walking your dogs in particular if you are walking your dog off leash.
If your dog is off leash it must be under control at all times, if you cannot ensure your dog will obey then please keep your dog on leash.
It is your job as a responsible dog owner to ensure your dog is under control at all times, dogs should not be chasing and terrifying the wildlife at anytime remember you are a visitor to their environment and should be respectful of this.
Also please be mindful and do not allow your dog to approach others uninvited ( particularly of leash ) as not everyone or their pets may be comfortable around dogs and we should most definitely be respectful of this at all.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?
An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.
When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
