Mr Green Domestic Franchise
Mr Green is a 100% owned NZ company which has operated in Auckland for over 15 years.
As a franchise we have the lowest royalty schedule of all the major franchises. There are no hidden costs and compliance costs are kept to a minimum.
Selling is a franchise established 15 years ago. The team are ready to move on and enjoy the next stage of their life.
Their domestic franchise is based across across Glendowie, Mt Eden, Epsom, St Heliers, Remuera and Freemans Bay. It turns over approximately $800 per week. There is room to grow this business and the potential to take on commercial clients as well.
The team are selling this for $8000.00 but are open to offers. They are wanting to sell before June this year.

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2
From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).
During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.
There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
