We have just pulled them out of our garden and replaced with the smaller ones.
They are still alive if you want to design your garden with them you can take the reference with ours. They are slow growing and they can take care of themselves. We have two big piles of them and could be thousands heads. You can reroot them if you like or just plant them directly into your garden.
