Good Morning Neighbours.
I have 200gm bags of Organic Fresh NZ Spinach available. NZ Spinach is so good for you especially women and children as it helps keep our bones strong.
Use fresh, raw in salads or steam lightly, serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and some sea salt...delicious!
For comparison, you can buy a 150gm bag of not so fresh, not organic spinach from the supermarket for $4.00 but Its my belief that eating as fresh as possible is when you get all the great nutrition from the plant.
