The dictionary definition of the word used is "a layer of dirt or froth on the surface of a liquid". The word was used in a direct quote from the NZ Herald, it would appear then that is ok for MMS media to use it but not me. Funny really when Neighbourly is owned by Stuff, who promote themselves as champions of free speech.
