We hope that you have had a wonderful and blessed time with friends and family on Xmas Day and Boxing Day, wherever you may be going, travel safe and we look forward to seeing you soon!

NZ Post Call Centre -hopeless
Just hung up after being on hold for 16 minutes . Why do they think people have so much time to wait for someone to answer ? I called just after they opened at 8am. How can you have" higher than normal call volumes" 5 minutes after you open. I guess one way to not have to employ more staff is just not answer and people will hang up eventually.Grrrrrr
