Robbery Raines Avenue

Genoveva from Milford

Police are investigating an aggravated robbery at a Raines Avenue in Forrest Hill on Sunday 8 August.
Four offenders entered the store just after 4pm on Sunday and stolen the till.
The store owner has suffered minor injuries after being assaulted during the robbery and is understandably shaken by what has occurred.
The four offenders fled in a stolen Subaru, which has since been located near the store. It has since been reported to Police that the offenders have then got into a silver vehicle and fled the area.
Police would like to hear from anyone who recognises any of the four offenders or has any information to assist our investigation.
They can contact Police on 105 quoting the file number 210808/4300. You can also send us a private Facebook message.

🪱🐦 When are you the most productive? 🌙🦉

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.

This raises a big question for the modern workplace. To get the best out of everyone, should employers accommodate our natural body clocks? This idea is at the heart of the four-day work week and flexible scheduling movements.

We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?
