Granny Flat available for rent
We have a 3 bedroom downstairs granny flat with separate entrance that will be available from next week. The flat is partly furnished and has a full kitchen that was installed in Feb 2020. Property is full fenced. Located on Stott Ave in Birkdale. In zone for Kauri Park School and Birkdale Primary.
Rent is $475 per week plus expenses. Looking for friendly, neat and tidy tenants. Preferably no more than 3 people. No smokers and no pets please as we have 2 small kids living upstairs.
