The Phantom Rubbish Dumper
Please be advised that there is someone unknown in this neighbourhood, that is dumping rubbish in other people's bins, the area is in Eban Avenue from Compton Street upwards towards Monarch Avenue. I have had various paper, cartons, etc put in my recycle bin on rubbish day, and the other neighbours have complained as well, so please keep a lookout for these lazy people, they also dump the wrong sort of rubbish in the "green " bins on their monthly refuse collection. If you see anyone doing this especially in the "wee Small hours" do advise the rest of the neighbourhood. Thank you
