We offer mental wellbeing support, education and cardiac rehabilitation to heart event survivors everywhere. We are a non-profit, friendly and diverse group with all sorts of heart conditions.
Come along, bring a family member or a friend and meet other heart people who have experienced the same thing as yourself.. Its FREE and everyone is welcome.
