Filleting fish experience wanted!!
Hello neighbours!
I am a culinary student at Aut and would like to get more experience with a professional or with someone whom I can fillet their fish for practise. I know there may be a lot of fisherman/Fisherwomen around the Half Moon Bay area. Please PM me if you are interested in a person who is fairly experienced in cooking but just needs to practise preparing fish/other seafood.
