Helping a family in need

Tamara from Bucklands Beach

Due to unfortunate circumstances, a friend of ours has managed to escape from a toxic and violent relationship with his 3 Angel's (ages 2 boy, 4 girl and 13 boy) and they are in need of some household items. If anyone can assist, every little bit will be much appreciated. Needing Fridge/freezer prefer FREE (or affordable) bits to set up their newly found forever home!
Further items include couch, and dining table (to replace our multifunction chillibins which are their current fridge, pretend tables and chairs). Currently setting up our homely dwelling in Browns Bay!
If you have a spare *dinner set that would be helpful.
My daughters have gifted some of their toys and bedding, if you can help in any way, we can arrange to pick up stuff, if you can help in any way...........thank you for your time reading this (admin please delete if inappropriate)

Happy Tuesday neighbours, here's a riddle to get your mind going.

Riddler from The Neighbourly Riddler

I am beautiful, up in the sky.
I am magical, yet I cannot fly.
To some I bring luck, and to some, I bring riches.
The boy at my end does whatever he wishes.
What am I?

Poll: Should you ask before planting tall shrubs/trees near your property line?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

It may be fine now but in a few years trees can block out light or views for neighbours.

Do you think neighbours should ask before they go ahead and plant these?
