Free lunchtime talk - Getting Through Grief

Siobhan McPherson from The Grief Centre

Come along to our free community talk on Tuesday 31st July, 'Getting Through Grief', which will assist people in understanding how we grieve, and provide coping strategies for managing grief.

This talk will be presented by Nola Forsyth from The Grief Centre. Nola is a counsellor and a professional supervisor for the Grief Centre, who supports people at a time when they are feeling vulnerable and assists them to find personal strength, well being and hope for life ahead.
