Auckland community centre tagged with homophobic graffiti for second time
The manager of an Auckland community centre is “disappointed” vandals who spray-painted homophobic slurs on its signs have not yet been caught.
Angela Spooner the manager of Highbury Community House and Early Learning Centre in Birkenhead, said it was the second time in 16 months vandals had used graffiti to target the rainbow community.
“I arrived at work on a Monday morning and saw the graffiti on the signage,” she said.
