Rotary Annual Charity Book Fair, Northcote College

Thank you for all of those who have kindly donated books for this years Annual Charity Book Fair. Our Shipping container is 3/4 full with a week to go. The last drop-off to designated Z Service Stations is Sunday, 11th July but books can be delivered to Northcote College Hall from Monday 12th to Wednesday 14th between 10.00 am and 3.00 pm.
The Book Fair will be run from Friday 16th July (11.00am to 7.00pm - with an entry fee for the first hour only, of $10)
Saturday 17th July (9.00am to 5.00pm);
Sunday 18th July (9.00am -3.00pm)
All funds will go back into the community.

Poll: Do you think NZ should ban social media for youth?

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
