Roundabout at Intersection of Ocean View, Lake and Northcote Roads.

This is a message for John Gillon, as you always seem to be posting your triumphs on here.
Why, has the roundabout at the intersection of the roads mentioned been ripped up and rebuilt (at the cost of taxpayers) after only approximately a year after being built?
Does anyone want to lay a wager of $50 that they will rip it up again to rebuild it in the next 2 years because the PLANNING STRUCTURE OF AUCKLAND COUNCIL IS HOPELESS!!!
